The Hobo Hill House in Jefferson City, Missouri, looks like any other house you’d find in the area. Brand new kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and trendy decor—but there’s one catch. According to the two owners, Aaron and Erin Clark, the Hobo Hill House is actually haunted.
They purchased the 5,000-square-foot historic home in August 2017, restored it, and moved in when weird, unexplainable things began happening to them. Things like the television, lights, space heaters, and other things plugged in began turning on and off at unexpected times. The couple often heard weird creaks and noises, and had even heard the word “hi” being whispered at times. Their dog, a pit bull, wouldn’t go near the family’s staircase for no know reason.
