Colombian drug trafficker ‘Otoniel’ has been captured, government says

Armed forces in Colombia captured Dairo Antonio Úsuga, known as “Otoniel,” marking a significant blow to drug trafficking in the country, President Iván Duque said on Saturday. Otoniel is accused of sending dozens of cocaine shipments to the US, and Duque said he is also accused of killing police officers and recruiting minors, among other crimes.
